Hi everyone,
I am using GCTA to convert MACH dosage data to PLINK binary PED format. Here is my command:
gcta64 --dosage-mach sample.machdose.gz sample.machinfo.gz --imput-rsq 0.7 --make-bed --out test --thread-num 1
However, I found that if some SNPs have imputation Rsq< 0.7 which means they should be removed, the program would die with the message "glibc detected***gcta64: free(): invalid next size (fast): 0X0000000002a291d0 ***" . While if there were no SNPs to be removed (For example, setting a low Rsq threshold), the program worked well.
Do you have any idea about that?
Thank you!

It could be memory issue, i.e. there is not sufficient memory in the computer. It could also be that there is a bug in the software. If it is the latter, I will have a look at the source code.
