For a sample size of 2550, I got the following estimates for genetic correlation. The traits were inverse normal transformed. No error message from GCTA. A genetic correlation of -1 seems off. Also the heritability estimate for the 2 traits estimated separately is about 5% higher than the estimates in genetic correlation output. I'd appreciate some advice on interpreting the results below.
