Hello all,
I am still quite new to GCTA. I've been trying to run the method proposed by Zaitlen et al. (2013 PloS Genetics) with the test-dataset in GCTA (http://gcta.freeforums.net/thread/241/greml-analysis-family-data).
The first command-line seems to be running fine: "gcta64 --bfile test --make-grm --out test" However, when I try to run the second line (gcta64 --grm test --make-bK --out test_bK 0.05), I get the following message; Error: invalid option "test_bK" It seems that the "--out" option does not register and I therefore get no mgrm.txt file to run in the REML. I have tried using several versions of GCTA (1.25.0, 1.26.0, & 1.26.0-1), but I still have the same problem.
Thanks in advance for any help, Truls
