Dear,

I am trying to run GCTA-fastBAT. However, I got these two problems:

For the Gene-based test:
Error: invalid option "–fastBAT-gene-list".

For the Segment-based test
Error: invalid option "–fastBAT-seg".

The GCTA was installed correctly, I ran the GCTA-MLMA normally.

What is happening with the GCTA-fastBAT?

I have checked my input files and everything looks ok. This is plant dataset.

I am using the gcta/1.26.0 version.

Could you please help me?

Thank you! I didn't note that.

In this website: cnsgenomics.com/software/gcta/fastBAT.html is with only one dash (-).
And here: gcta.freeforums.net/thread/309/gcta-fastbat-based-association-analysis is correct with two dashes (--).
If possible change for the other users.
