I am running a Bivariate GREML with ~43k samples with 75GB of memory. After ~3 seconds the job fails, according to the diagnostic output file the memory limit was not exceeded.
The error message:
At failure the standard output is as follows:
Traits 26 and 57 are included in the bivariate analysis.
Non-missing phenotypes of 39668 individuals are included from ~/pheno_file.sample].
39668 individuals are in common in these files.
39588 non-missing phenotypes for trait #1 and 38800 for trait #2
I have also attempted running with a subsetted 10k individuals and experience the same error. I have checked the GRM matrix by loading the binary file into R and there are no missing values.
Any advice on what might be causing this issue is much appreciated.

GCTA version 1.26.0 and 1.90 (beta) produce the same result.
