I am running a Bivariate GREML with ~43k samples with 75GB of memory. After ~3 seconds the job fails, according to the diagnostic output file the memory limit was not exceeded.
The error message:
At failure the standard output is as follows:
I have also attempted running with a subsetted 10k individuals and experience the same error. I have checked the GRM matrix by loading the binary file into R and there are no missing values.
Any advice on what might be causing this issue is much appreciated.
EDIT: GCTA version 1.26.0 and 1.90 (beta) produce the same result.

Hi ukucam,
Can you show me part of the sample file? It seems the program stop at the process of reading phenotypes.
If you provide us some phenotype samples of two groups in your pheno_file.sample file, it will help us diagnosis much.

Zhili The reason was that my "out" flag was included with a single - as "-out" rather than "--out".
