I'm trying to run COJO analysis focusing on particular regions of the genome. I used the --exclude-region-snp flag to indicate the regions, such as
--extract-region-snp 2 44000000 1000 (+-1000Kb region centered around 44000000bp of chr 2), as described on the Data management page.
But this kept getting me errors, asking me to change the second argument (""44000000") to Kb scale and then saying the last argument ("1000") is invalid.
If I change the input to
--extract-region-snp rs123678 1000
then the analysis can run successfully.
I tried this using both 1.26.0 and 1.29.0 (beta) and got the same error message, so this does not seem to be a problem due to different versions. If there a way to fix this? I'd really like to specify the region by physical positions rather than by centering around a particular SNP. Thanks!
