"gcta64 --grm test --pheno test.phen --reml --out test" gives me the following error :"Error: incorrect number of lines in the grm file. *.grm.gz file and *.grm.id file are mismatched" while the *.grm.id file contains 61452 lines and the .grm.gz file 1888204878 (which is as it should be : 61452*(61452+1)*0.5 ).
When I increas the CPU cores and the memory it still gives met the same error (I read online this might solve the problem)
Now the manual reads that the full command should be "gcta64 --grm test --pheno test.phen --reml --out test --thread-num 10" > But that throws me the error that thread-num is not a correct command .
Any solutions?
Thanks Rachel
