I am running GCTA with phenotype value for quantitative traits. I had some samples with missing phenotype value for some traits and I would like to exclude these samples in my analysis. I know in plink we could always use --missing-phenotype 99 (we remark the missing value as 99 in phenotype table), how could I do with GCTA to exclude these samples?
