Hi everyone!
I just say at the GCTA website that it is possible to estimate the genetic correlation between "one quantitative trait and one binary disease trait". However, I could not find how to specify that when introducing the commands / options in GCTA software.
Does anybody knows if there is any specific option for that? Is it necessary to specify the prevalence of the disease trait?
