How to test for genetic correlation

Hello,

I have a case control study (2/1) and I made grm via:

./gcta64 --bfile Merge --make-grm --out Merge

my pheno file looks like this:

0 fam0110_G110 2
0 fam0113_G113 2
0 fam0114_G114 2
0 fam0117_G117 2
0 fam0118_G118 NA
0 fam0119_G119 1
0 fam0124_G124 NA
0 fam0127_G127 2

...

I am trying to run:

./gcta64 --reml-bivar --reml-bivar-nocove --grm Merge --pheno pheno_test --reml-bivar-lrt-rg 0 --out test

but I am getting:

Reading IDs of the GRM from [Merge.grm.id].
1634 IDs read from [Merge.grm.id].
Reading the GRM from [Merge.grm.bin].
GRM for 1634 individuals are included from [Merge.grm.bin].
Reading phenotypes from [pheno_test].
Error: can not find the 2th trait in the file [pheno_test].
An error occurs, please check the options or data

Can you please tell me how to run this, I am very new to this.
