Hey everyone, I hope you all are doing fine. I am trying to construct custom relationship matrix based on random animal effect. Is it possible to use this matrix along GRM constructed in GCTA through "multigrm" for mlma-loco? I am asking this question because I have yet to construct the custom relationship matrix. So I need to confirm whether it will work or not?
