What snps used for .cma.cojo output from --cond-slct

Hi,

I ran --cond-slct to obtain a list of independent SNPs (.jma.cojo). This analysis also outputs a .cma.cojo file, which from my reading of the documentation is produced when running --cojo-cond with a SNP list. Given that I did not specify a SNP list to the --cojo-slct analysis, what SNPs are used for the conditional analysis that generated the .cma.cojo file?
