Hi there,
Just a quick inquiry, is the SMR-HEIDI method available for two sets of summary-level data from GWAS? - I do not consider any expression as the trait so I won't use eQTL data. If so, can I still use the PLINK code indicated by the webpage? I am new to PLINK, so I am not sure if I can still use the PLINK codes to deal with two GWAS summary data.
I would prefer to use R if anyone could know how to run the SMR-HEIDI there. Thanks in advance.
