Hello,
Regarding the input file for Bivariate GREML, I have a question.
For --pheno, how to create a file? For GREML analysis, we just created a file as below as it is only for one phenotype.
ID sampleID affect 1 1 0 2 2 1 3 3 1 etc...
For phenotype file for reml-bivar, what is the usual format? As I am calculating genetic correlations between two traits, so should I make like this? 1 1 0 2 2 1 3 3 1 ... ... 10003 10003 2 10004 10004 3 10005 10005 2 ... ...
Thank you in advance
