I ran the bivariate GCTA anaylsis and got the result as follows. I wonder how I should calculate the environmental correlation with the result and what kind of statistical testing measure I should use to test if the environmental correlation estimate is valid.
Thank you. ---------result--------------- Source Variance SE V(G)_tr1 604888.731787 217577.435375 V(G)_tr2 0.236480 0.116151 C(G)_tr12 215.772592 112.156147 V(e)_tr1 403901.219013 213274.306151 V(e)_tr2 0.288578 0.114538 C(e)_tr12 -231.920074 110.306315 Vp_tr1 1008789.950800 31040.721743 Vp_tr2 0.525058 0.016122 V(G)/Vp_tr1 0.599618 0.212600 V(G)/Vp_tr2 0.450388 0.219305 rG 0.570508 0.340955 logL -16297.831 logL0 -16299.633 (when rG fixed at 0.000) LRT 3.603 df 1 Pval 2.8836e-02 (one-tailed test) n 4318
