I have a small question related to PCA outputs. When I looked at the manual or on the website, I thought using --pca 20, the eigenval file should contain the first m=20 eigenvalues. But I used the test file that came along with the program and did test run and I found there are 3925 rows, am I understanding something incorrectly here? Also, is there an option to output the variance explained by each PC? Thank you.

Will only report the top m eigenvalues in the next version. The variance explained by a PC = eigenvalue of the PC / sum(all eigenvalues).
