Dear GCTA devels,
when I used SMR to convert gemma output file to besd file, there always reported error "ERROR: column number is not correct in row 2 with probe name ENSG00000187634."
I don't know how to fix it. Is it any problem for my gemma output file?
could you tell me what is the meaning of the error, and what should i do to avoid it.
