I've gathered from the previous threads that this warning "std::bad_alloc" means the computer has run out of memory. I am trying to use GCTA-LOCO but the job keeps dying on me with the error mentioned. Is there any way of improving the performance? I cannot change the computer I work on as the data is protected and cannot be moved elsewhere. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
