Hello,
I know this is a dumb question, but how do you actually load the GCTA program so I can start using gcta64 commands? I downloaded the zip files, but I'm not sure how to get the actual program to run. For example, how exactly do I load/execute the gcta program on my windows laptop, or over my university's linux servers, so that I can execute the following tutorial code:
gcta64 --bfile test --simu-qt --simu-causal-loci causal.snplist --simu-hsq 0.5 --simu-rep 3 --keep test.indi.list --out test
Thanks!

The current version of GCTA only runs on a Linux platform.
