Hi,
I would like to know how many "unrelated individuals" are used to estimate SNP-based h2 in my data (i.e. number of individuals in the GRM with off-diagonals that are < 0.05 to 0).
I am using the --make-bK 0.05
command in the GCTA-GREML method in family data (http://gcta.freeforums.net/thread/241/gcta-greml-analysis-family-data).
Is there a way to know this?
