I have a summary file from an eQTL analysis, but the file doesn't match any of the formats listed on SMR to be able to transform it into BESD. The file contains the following information:
Is there any way to transform this into SMR input?

I have a summary file from an eQTL analysis, but the file doesn't match any of the formats listed on SMR to be able to transform it into BESD. The file contains the following information:
- CHR
- PROBE
- GENE
- TSS
- TSE
- SNP
- SNP_coordinate
- A1
- A1_freq
- Beta
- SE_beta
- P-value
Is there any way to transform this into SMR input?
