Hi!
I saw a presentation where “Manhattan plot for variance gwas” were presented (the reference was “unsing the rscore method introduced by Yang et al (2010)”. I am myself interested in doing Manhattan plots for the results from variance gwas, and I have done analyses according to the gcta tutorial, but I cannot figure out how I can get output as p-values for all GWAS SNPs?
