Hi there,
I'm trying to convert MACH dosage to PLINK binary PED format using the following command:
./gcta_mac --dosage-mach test.mldose test.mlinfo --make-bed --out test
Here's the error message:
Reading map file of the imputed dosage data from [testmlinfo].
Reading dosage data failed. Please check the format of the map file.
Error line: 1:701835 4 2 0.982193678065767 0.0178063219342334 NA 0.27616
May I know what is wrong with my map file please? Thank you!
