Hello,
I have two traits measured in the sample I am studying; however, one is common and I have a phenotype on almost all 600 subjects I am studying. However, the other trait has missing data so I only have phenotypes on ~200 subjects. Some subjects will have information on both phenotypes while others will not. Will doing a bivariate REML work with these two phenotypes? Are there any best practices you suggest using for this analysis? Thanks for any help.
