Hi all,
Does anyone know what's the minimum P value reported by GCTA bivariate-REML? I understand it's significant, but would like to say something like P < 1E-15, rather than P=0.
Best regards, Sun-Gou

I have had this same problem!
What is the minimum possible p-value in GCTA REML?

I did GCTA bivariate-REML on a huge database and I got p-value=0. Do you have any idea about it?
