For some reason I am getting a negative value for shared heritability between my two traits? Thanks

Per definition, rg ranges from -1 to 1. Negative rg means that the genetic values of two traits are negative correlated (e.g. SNPs have opposite effects on two traits). However, the SE of your rg estimate is too large.
