Hi Jian,
I recently run the LDMS approach on a binary trait with a disease prevalence of 0.14.
For sensitivity analysis I additionally run prevalence from 0.02 to 0.18 and I wasn't able to determine the type of sequence.
Here are few estimates:
V(g)/V(p) = 0.395225 S.E = 0.049884 (prevalence specified 0.02) V(g)/V(p) = 0.44617 S.E = 0.056314 (prevalence specified 0.04) V(g)/V(p) = 0.487825 S.E = 0.061572 (prevalence specified 0.06)
I was wondering if you could help me calculate manually a prevalence specified of 0.08? prevalence 0: V(g)/V(p) = 0.267380 S.E = 0.033748 Thank you,
Elias

The transformation equation is available in Lee et al. 2011 AJHG.
