Hi Jian,
To estimate confidence interval for bi-variate genetic correlation(rG), is it okay to use rG plus or minues SE? or do we need to use Fisher transformation? Thanks for your time.

95% is approximately rG plus or minus 1.96*SE. I don't think Fisher transformation is necessary here.

I'm sorry to hijack this topic. I would like to test for genetic correlation between trait A and B while adjusting for C, is this possible? My first hunch would be to run a genetic correlation between the residuals of A~C and B for example, is this correct?

You could also fit C as a fixed covariate while estimating the genetic correlation between A and B using bivariate GREML.

Is it possible to fit multiple GRMs when runing bivariate GREML analysis for 2 binary traits (and calculate the correlation for each variance components between the 2 traits)?
