I tried fastGWA with <2000 individuals, but I got the following error with version 1.93.2 beta Linux. ```Error: fastGWA-REML can't converge, hit upper limit!``` I suspect that the number of samples included in the model is too small (e.g., gcta.freeforums.net/thread/204/run-greml-analysis-small-sample#:~:text=It%20is%20not%20recommended%20to,boundary%20(0%20or%201)). Is it not appropriate to run fastGWA at this sample size? Is there any round-around, or should we use linear regression in this situation? Any suggestion or comment will be a great help. Thank you. I am planning to do this as well. Is there a work-around, or is another tool suggested at this point? Thanks.
