I attempted to run SMR and bumped into some problems I'd like help with:
First, when it reads the PLINK BIM file, I found it curious that only 1 SNP will be included:
Reading PLINK BIM file from [../coronary.vcf.gz.plink.bim].
1 SNPs to be included from [../coronary.vcf.gz.plink.bim].
Second, it then prints the following error:
Error: no SNPs in common between reference data and GWAS data.
I was wondering if anyone has bumped into these errors before and if you figured out how to solve them. Thanks
