Make a GWAS using the GBLUP method

Dear gcta users.

I am new in GCTA and I am trying to make a GWAS analysis using Generalized Linear Mixed Models for a binomial trait.

I want to do a GWAS but indicating the Genomic Relationship Matrix (GRM), namely, similar to a GBLUP method, but in this case using as response variable a binary trait.

I have my inverse GRM that I calculated as the method 2 of VanRaden 2008.

Then, I want to use GCTA but using this inverse GRM and do a GWAS analysis for this binary trait.

Could you, please, help me in creating a GCTA script for this analysis?
