GREML of UK Biobank whole exome data – GREML or GREML-LDMS?

Hey,

I’d like to run a heritability estimation on rare SNPs derived from UK Biobank whole exome sequencing data.

Should GREML-LDMS be used, or would LD be too sparse, making GREML a better choice?

I appreciate any advice!
