Hello, I am trying to use fastGWA-GLMM to analyse UKBB GWAS data.
I'm trying to generate a sparse GRM from SNP data, using "gcta64 --mbfile geno_chrs.txt --make-grm --sparse-cutoff 0.05 --thread-num 10 --out sp_grm". All individuals and all the SNPs from each one of the 22 chromosomes are included, but then I get the following error: can't allocate enough memory to (parted) GRM: 1770.016054GB
Nevertheless, I have 11.4 TB free, and I have tried to do it in another 3 TB free hard disk drive. Any suggestions with this would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Miquel

This memory is meaning RAM memory, not the HDD memory
