I ran GREML LDMS-I with the following result:
V(G1)/Vp_L 0.272699 0.056238 V(G2)/Vp_L 0.208236 0.053323 V(G3)/Vp_L 0.155414 0.044338 V(G4)/Vp_L 0.061113 0.026748
Sum of V(G)_L/Vp 0.697461 0.050928
Not sure how to interpret. I assume V(G1)/Vp_L is my SNP heritability but not sure.
Also, unlike with the single grm, I was unable to limit to unrelated individuals with --grm-cutoff 0.05, since I used the --mgrm option. Does this already take account of relatedness, and if not, how do I limit to unrelated individuals while running LDMS? Thanks.
